All Returns on Credit Card will be charged a 3.5% merchant fee.
Any Lens or Camera returned after 72 hours will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Returns on new product (other than cameras and lenses) must be within 10 days of purchase.
All original packaging must be intact and untorn.
Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany return.
Item must be in original condition.
Item cannot show any wear.
Item cannot have been registered with the company (i.e. Nikon, Canon, Sony, Tamron, etc.). If item has been registered, we cannot accept the return.
